How it works

The system drafts from the record into your template. Each statement can be traced to its source text, so a reviewer can see where it came from. Nothing is filed until a person approves it.

Limits

A model can omit or invent details, so a draft is never a finished record.

Summarisation can fall under medical device rules. We assess this during scoping.
