Kloudstack Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 in the United Kingdom, in line with UK Government Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21. This plan outlines our baseline emissions and the measures we are taking to reduce our carbon footprint.

Kloudstack Ltd has implemented the following environmental management measures which are in effect and will continue to be applied during the performance of contracts:

- Remote and hybrid working policies to reduce commuting emissions.

- Use of video conferencing to minimise business travel.

- Minimal business travel policy in place, encouraging low-carbon transport options where needed.

- Recycling and responsible waste disposal of office equipment and IT hardware.

- Cloud-first IT strategy to optimise energy usage.
